Shona has been practising Osteopathy in Perth since 2009 after graduating from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is passionate about promoting Osteopathy as a modality for getting to the root of the symptoms presented and firmly believes that the pro-active approach offered by Osteopathy offers a viable alternative to long-term medication.
Away from work Shona enjoys walking, running and cycling as well as general fitness training and open water swimming.
Fiona originally trained and worked as a Physiotherapist before training with The Upledger Institute in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) to Diplomate level. She is a qualified member of the CranioSacral Society and is also an instructor for the Upledger Institute UK teaching CST.
Fiona works with patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, and with a wide variety of causes of pain and dysfunction both physical and emotional in origin.
Her interests away from work include family, knitting, and travelling.
Lou's Naturopathic routes began in Australia, where she trained and practiced through the 1990s. Her combination of working with individual clients in her Edinburgh Clinic and co-ordinating larger onsite health programmes and projects has allowed her to seamlessly combine insights from the world of nutrition, biochemistry and massage. Lou has been in practice for over 15 years.

Lou works on an individual basis with each client, using food planning, herbal tonics, a variety of prescriptive supplements and nutritional information.
She has experience in treating skin conditions including eczema; gastrointestinal problems including IBS, energy levels, immune system strengthening & fertility planning.

Joe is a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, EMDR practitioner and Counsellor with over 25 years of helping people to overcome and better cope with a range of emotional and psychological problems.
He provides a high quality, professional and transparent service that focuses on tailoring his approach to your needs thereby ensuring you get the most from therapy. Joe is committed to working in an evidenced-based and research informed way which ensures that therapy is based on sound therapeutic principles and approaches that have been shown to be effective.
A health professional for over 17 years. Naomi has worked in a variety of top resorts including the prestigious SPA at Gleneagles. As well as this she spent 13 years as a lecturer at one of Scotland's leading colleges. She holds qualifications in both beauty therapy and complementary therapies.
Naomi's approach is based on a system of treatment which targets the root cause of the problem. This approach starts as soon as you walk into her treatment room. Naomi specialises in Kinetic Chain Release, sports massage, trigger point therapy and remedial and corrective techniques. Her belief is that when treating an injury a therapist should 'Find It, Fix It, Forget It' and, if necessary, 'Refer It'.
As a result of her philosophy and expertise, Naomi has had numerous successes in treating patients with long-standing injuries. She has also built a network of other health care professionals with the same ethos, including personal trainers, orthopaedic injury specialists, and physiotherapists.
She is a keen fitness enthusiast and Naomi loves all aspects of training. Her main vices are running and kettle bells, though she also trains regularly with one of Scotland's leading triathlon teams.
Louise is a Clinical Psychologist with ten years experience in delivering psychological assessment and therapy within the NHS in Scotland. Louise has worked with clients who have moderate to severe difficulties as well as those with more mild issues. Her current areas of special interest include depression, anxiety disorders, difficulties with eating and weight management. She has training and experince in working with complex difficulties, people who are experincing multiple difficulties at once or those whose difficulties have been unresponsive to previous therapies.
She is a fully qualified HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registered Clinical Psychologist. The HCPC is the governing body which all Clinical Psychologists in the UK must register with in order to practice.
The HCPC ensures that their registrants are appropriately qualified and meet their standards of education and training, professional skills, conduct and ethics. They protect the public by ensuring these standards are met by anyone using the title Clinical Psychologist and have a publically searchable list of registered practitioners.
Louise is also a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society which means that she meets the society 'gold standard' of psychological knowledge and expertise and adheres to high levels of ethical practice and shows a commitment to continuing professional development. She is also an Associate Fellow of the BPS and a member of the BPS Division of Clinical Psychology.
Lena studied at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh to gain her BSc (Hons) Degree in Podiatry. She is registered with the HCPC, the governing body which ensures that training, professional skills, behaviour and health requirements are met.
Lena is focused on the prevention and treatment of diseases and conditions of the foot and lower limbs and believes patients benefit greatly from a holistic approach. Lena offers person centered care and enjoys working with people of all ages. She also has a special interest Diabetes and Dermatology problems of the lower limb.
Away from the Podiatry clinic Lena is an avid reader who loves to travel, she is at her happiest when combining both!
Reverse Therapist and Psychotherapist
Kathleen has been practicing solution-focused psychotherapy and Reverse Therapy since 2003, helping clients free themselves from debilitating symptoms by teaching strategies and techniques to move them from illness to health.
Her areas of clinical interest include depression, anxiety, panic attacks, CFS/ME, IBS, trauma and performance anxiety.
Kathleen is a regular fundraiser for Shelter and enjoys the great outdoors, crocheting and writing.
Arianne loves meeting and greeting patients in the clinic and helping them to feel comfortable both before and after their treatment. She has a keen interest in Osteopathy and complementary health having benefited hugely from them over the years.
Arianne is married to Billy who is a life coach, and they have two grown up sons together. Away from work she enjoys walking, gardening, knitting, cooking, cycling and her dog, Heidi. Arianne also holds a certificate in Angel Card readings (CACR) and loves giving readings to people outwith her working hours.
Business Development Manager
Nick has run multi-disciplinary health clinics for over 15 years and is passionate about providing an environment where his professional colleagues can excel in their chosen field. He believes that the clinic can make a real, palpable difference to its patients quality of life and is excited by that prospect.
More recently Nick has undertaken training in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy and is currently working as a student practitioner alongside his day job.
Away from work Nick and his wife have three young children to keep them busy. Nick also builds and flies radio controlled models as well as enjoying playing the banjo ukulele and is a founder member of the Scottish Formby Group.
